Looking for 13" or 14" 4X100 Rims

Voks (Volks Racing C1) but have only found 15" or larger:
Keizer (keizerwheels.com) makes 13"x8.5" 3 piece aluminum racing rims:
These are in the style I am looking for. I would like a flat dish style (not really wanting spokes).
Does anyone have a set of four in this style for sale cheap (cheaper than new)?
