INSANITY®

I am doing the INSANITY® workouts. I started with a group on 15 February. So far so good. Nothing drastic - just a little weight loss and some increase in endurance and aerobic capacity. Nothing really measurable or visible. The workouts are really good. Besides cardio there is a bit of plyometrics (jump training). I am having some challenges there with gravity. Being fat and overweight with a bum knee makes it a challenge to get much height. However, in the past month I have improved a tiny bit. I am taking a joint supplement (glucosamine/chondroitin) and a multivitamin. I also do a whey protein shake as a recovery drink after the workouts. I haven't really changed my eating habits much at this point. It's a 9 week (63 day) program and I am keeping a weekly journal. I will post the end results when I complete the program. I already have the P90X® program and am considering doing it after I complete this one. We shall see...a repeat of this or move on to something different...

Sure. But it's out on loan (and so is my P90X) at the moment. I should have it back next week.

Got through this quote and found it funny."Chess does not make people mad it makes mad people sane." It heals insanity :D
